Cylinder body: one-piece aerospace-grade aluminium 6061-T6, CNC-machined, anti-corrosion finish (anodised + marine-grade topcoat).
Valve & gauge: chrome-plated forged brass with 316L springs; NBR/Viton O-rings for breathable air; integrated gauge with tempered glass.
Rated pressure & water volume: service pressure 200 bar; internal volume by model — OX500: 0.5 L · OX500PLUS: 0.5 L · OX1000: 1.0 L · OX2000: 2.3 L.
Quality control: leak test, hydrostatic test at 1.5× service pressure, full traceability (batch/inspection date).
Compliance & refilling (AU): manufactured to international cylinder standards (e.g. ISO 7866 / DOT) and supplied for use in Australia. Refill breathable air only meeting AS/NZS 2299.1 (breathing air specification, equivalent in practice to EN 12021). Use OXSEA pump/mini-compressor or a transfer whip from a standard dive cylinder.

Warranty (AU)

OXSEA warranty: 24 months against manufacturing defects on cylinder body, valve and gauge (parts & labour).
Exclusions: consumables and normal wear (O-rings, filters, lubricants, paint/adhesives).
Service life: built to last for years with routine care.
In Australia, gas cylinders used for diving/respiratory air typically require periodic inspection and hydrostatic testing under AS 2030.5 (commonly every 12 months). While OXSEA minis may be used in varied contexts, always follow local requirements and we recommend AS 2030.5 intervals where applicable.
Proper use: respect rated pressure, rinse with fresh water after saltwater use, store away from heat and impacts.

No.
Domestic compressors only reach 15–20 bar, far below the required 200 bar.
