The OX500Plus bottle gives a solid 8 minutes of breathing time down under the waves. The OX500Plus is Oxsea’s fresh 2023 release.
While keeping onto the handy features and breathing time of the original OX500 bottle, the OX500Plus includes in a whole lot more:
- Air regulator: Lets you adjust the airflow just the way you like it
- External pressure gauge: So you can have a quick squiz at how much air you’ve got left in the tank
- External regulator: The OX500Plus is the only bloke from the only Oxsea product that includes an external regulator. Alongside the usual OX500 gob piece, you can pop on an external regulator and sling the bottle right on your back.
- Back harness: Ripper for when you’re using the external regulator and want to put the bottle on your back.
The 12V Mini Compressor fills up your bottle in about 12 minutes, quick as a flash. You can plug it into any 12V battery or a standard 220V socket.

The latest sensation, the OX500Plus, is the result of a bloody good partnership between our valued customer feedback and our top-notch development team. We've heard all of ya, and we've fine-tuned this beauty to be more efficient, handy, and tailored to what you folks need.
So, what you're looking at is the upgraded model of our classic OX500 from the OXSEA range.
Our OX500Plus keeps the same size, weight (a light 1.4KG), and dive time (between 5 to 8 minutes) as the classic OX500. But, what's special with this one is the array of options to make your underwater adventures even more ripper.
Here's what's new compared to the classic version:
An air regulator: Adjust your air flow based on your dive plan, helping you get the most out of your bottle's air supply. It also has a neat little feature to fully open or close the bottle, reducing the chances of air leaks.
An external pressure gauge: No more fumbling around; easily check how much air you've got left without needing to pull the bottle from your gob. And don't fret! We've still got the basic gauge on the bottle head if that's what floats your boat.
An external regulator: The OX500Plus stands out in the OXSEA lineup, giving you the flexibility to use it two ways. Apart from the classic mouthpiece of the OX500, you can also connect an external regulator, freeing you from holding the bottle directly in your mouth. So, it's your pick: use it like the classic OX500 or pair it up with the external regulator, similar to the OX1000.
A back harness: If you're going the external regulator route, we've got you sorted with a back harness for the bottle. No fuss or hassle – dive with total freedom.
Plus, the OX500Plus boasts a revamped internal design, making it even more reliable and further reducing chances of air leaks.

Refill easily
The 12V mini compressor comes with crocodile clips and allows you to refill your cylinder in about 12 minutes. Refill your cylinder directly from a battery in your car, boat or other vehicle. A 220V converter is included to connect your mini compressor to a standard power outlet.
Easy to transport thanks to its small size (20cm x 10cm x 10cm) and light weight (5kg), the mini compressor will be your best ally to easily refill your cylinders outside your home.
The mini compressor is delivered with a high pressure cable to connect the compressor to the cylinder. The compressor is equipped with a filter system to ensure high quality air. A bag of 25 filters is supplied with each mini compressor (1 filter = 5 fills). Additional filter bags can be purchased here.

These filters to be fitted to the hand pump or mini compressor are ready to use. They play an essential role in achieving optimal filtration of the air pressurised in your Oxsea cylinder.
The filters we have developed filter out moisture, particles, and odours to ensure that the air in your cylinder is clean and of high quality.
